- We invite you to propose a breakout session to share your knowledge, experience, and expertise at the Summit
- Sessions are approximately 55 minutes in length, inclusive of time for Q&A and discussion
- A variety of formats are welcome, including individual and group presentations, panels, demonstrations, workshops, and more
- Audiences generally range from 25 to 100
- Current Harvard University staff, faculty, and postdoctoral fellows/researchers are eligible to apply

- Thursday, January 23, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET- Program proposal office hours
- Tuesday, February 4, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET- Program proposal office hours
- Friday, February 7- Application closes
- Mid-February – Mid-March- Proposal review
- Wednesday, March 26- Applicants notified

- Proposals are reviewed by the CIO Council and the Summit’s Planning Committee, which includes representatives from across the Harvard IT community
- We aim to identify a compelling slate of breakout sessions that offers a variety of topics and target audiences, representing the rich diversity of our work
- Applications are evaluated not only on their subject matter, but also the clarity and specificity of the proposal, in addition to its alignment with the objectives of the IT Summit
- If selected, you will have the opportunity to submit your finalized session title, description, and confirmed co-presenters before session information is added to the schedule
