Description
HBS IT’s Collaboration Strategy & Services (CSS) task force is a cross functional team made up of self-motivated volunteer subject matter experts who lend their passion to the community to educate and promote adoption for the Collaborative Tools in our service catalog. Our goal is to teach other schools at Harvard how to replicate our experience and create their own version of the task force. In this lively session, hosted by HBS’ Collaboration Strategy & Services (CSS) task force, we’ll provide a brief history of the task force, its support structure and department makeup, how we remain focused on our mission, and pointers for creating a similar organization at your own institution. We will also open up the floor to questions.
