Description
In this presentation and demonstration, we will showcase how Generative AI Assistants can help improve workday productivity across different collaboration services offered by HUIT. We will also discuss the privacy and security considerations of using new AI functionality in Microsoft 365, Google and Adobe services.
- Copilot for Microsoft 365 assists with a wide range of tasks across Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including answering queries, providing summaries of articles and presentations and aiding in web browsing.
- Firefly is Adobe’s line of AI models designed to assist with creative work. Trained in Adobe Stock images as well as openly licensed and public domain content, Firefly can generate original images or be used as an embedded tool in Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop and InDesign.
- Gemini for Google Workspace is an AI-powered suite of tools to enhance productivity and collaboration within Google Workspace. It helps to summarize, draft, craft. research and find items in Workspace apps like Google docs, Gmail, Google Slides, Google Chat.
