Description

This moderated panel discussion focuses on the use of human-centered design principles to achieve a common understanding of an analytic product’s customers, their true business needs, and an organization’s priorities. These insights add context to the product’s functionality goals and allow for a targeted technical approach to data modeling, engineering, and visualization. Along the way we’ll spotlight recent data and analytics projects from Campus Services and the FAS and describe how this approach has allowed each organization to make progress using their data for decision-making.
