- All sessions are in-person and on the Cambridge Campus of Harvard University. Venues include:
- Sanders Theatre and Annenberg Hall, Memorial Hall, 45 Quincy St, Cambridge, MA 02138

- Wasserstein Hall, Harvard Law School

- Overflow and socially distanced seating for the plenaries is available in Lowell Lecture Hall, 17 Kirkland St, Cambridge, MA 02138

Transportation
- Public Transit: Our venues are located on the Cambridge campus, with Red Line and MBTA Bus Service at the Harvard Square Station
- M2: The M2 Vanderbilt Weekday Route runs from Harvard Medical School in the Longwood Medical Area to Harvard Square in Cambridge, with stops including Kenmore Square, Massachusetts Avenue & Beacon Street, MIT, and Central Square. Valid Harvard ID required to ride; full schedule to Cambridge available here and return service schedule available here. Real-time tracking available via MASCO (select M2 route).
- Harvard Shuttle: Harvard Transportation services will be running its Summer Schedule, which includes regular service to and from Allston. Real-time tracking available at via Passio Go.
- Bike: For routes and bicycle rack locations, see Harvard CommuterChoice’s map.
- Parking: The closest Harvard-owned garages to Memorial Hall are the Broadway Garage (0.2 miles), the 52 Oxford Street Garage (0.3 miles), and the 10 Everett Street Garage (0.4 miles). One-day permits are available for $13.00 up to seven days in advance from Harvard Parking Service’s HOPPS system.
Keep Harvard Healthy
Per HUHS’ guidance for gatherings, we encourage you to take the following precautions to keep you and those around you safe:
- Consider taking a precautionary COVID-19 rapid antigen test immediately before attending the Summit, even if you have no symptoms.
- If you are not feeling well, no matter how mild your symptoms, please do not attend the event.
- You can reduce your risk and protect others by wearing a high-quality mask that fits securely around your nose and mouth when attending indoor and crowded outdoor events. KN-95 masks will be made available at registration and throughout the day in the Memorial Hall Transept.
- Socially distanced seating with a livestream from Sanders Theatre will be available in Lowell Lecture Hall.
- Outdoor lunch seating is available on the Science Center Plaza.
Additional Resources
- Space for short calls and private conversation is available in the basement of Memorial Hall in room 029- Fisher Room, in addition to the seating area along the hallway outside of the Cambridge Queen’s Head Pub.
- Quiet space for reflection, prayer, and meditation is available in the basement of Memorial Hall in room 028. (Prayer rugs and cushions provided.) Additionally, the Prayer and Meditation Room is available in the Smith Campus Center, Suite 728.
- Private lactation rooms for nursing parents are available in the Arthur M Sackler Building, Widener Library, and the Smith Campus Center. Learn more about registration and access here.
